Concrete Wash Concentrate

SiF Concrete Wash Concentrate is a highly concentrated acidic cleaner designed for preparing exposed, honed and masonry surfaces prior to the application of sealers. It effectively removes cement-based residues and surface contaminants to restore the natural appearance of concrete and improve sealer penetration.

This highly concentrated formula is ideal for removing mortar, concrete, calcium and render residues from a wide range of surfaces including masonry, brick, paving, exposed aggregate, painted surfaces, glass, frames, tools, equipment and machinery.

Typical Applications

• Cleaning exposed or honed concrete prior to sealing
• Removing mortar or cement residues from masonry and paving
• Removing calcium or render splashes from surfaces
• Cleaning construction tools, equipment and machinery

Dilution Guide

Dilution will vary depending on the level of residue and surface type.

• Light residues: Dilute approximately 1:10 with water (downstream capable). Apply to the surface, allow a short dwell time, scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly.
• Heavy residues: Dilute up to 1:1 with water. Apply to the surface, allow to dwell, scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat application if necessary.

Always perform a small test area to confirm product suitability and dilution before full application.
