1. Overview This website is operated by SIF Sealers Pty Ltd (ABN 39 635 421 019). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SIF Sealers. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer Our products are professional-grade chemical sealers.

  • User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you have read the "How to Apply" guides and Technical Data Sheets provided on this website.

  • Application: We are not liable for poor results caused by incorrect surface preparation, weather conditions during application, or failure to follow mixing instructions (e.g., adding water to concentrate).

  • Safety: Users must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified on the product labels. SIF Sealers is not liable for injury resulting from the misuse of products.

3. Accuracy of Information While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate sources of information.

4. Orders and Pricing

  • GST: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

  • Pricing Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping and Title Title (ownership) of the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. Risk of loss or damage also passes to you at the time of delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on transit times and exclusions (e.g., no PO Boxes).

6. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Faulty Goods: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the chemical nature of our products and the risk of contamination, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once the seal has been broken or the product has been delivered. Please choose carefully.

7. 5-Year Guarantee Conditions Our 5-year guarantee applies only to surfaces cleaned and sealed by an Approved Applicator in accordance with SIF Sealers procedures. Self-applied products are covered by standard consumer guarantees regarding product quality but do not automatically qualify for the extended 5-year structural guarantee.

8. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
