Shipping Policy

Welcome to SIF Sealers. We are committed to delivering our high-quality sealing solutions across Australia quickly and securely.

1. Shipping Locations & Exclusions

  • Australia-Wide: We ship to all states and territories.

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Due to the size and nature of our products (liquids and 20L drums), we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address must be provided at checkout.

  • International: We currently ship across Australia and to New Zealand

2. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We have tiered our rates to ensure the best possible value:

WA Metro Flat rate based on weight (0-5kg, 5kg+)
Regional WA Calculated regional rates
Rest of Australia Standard Flat Rate shipping

Note: Large or bulky orders (e.g., pallet quantities) may require a custom freight quote. If your order exceeds standard courier limits, we will contact you with a revised quote before dispatch.

3. Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Processing: Freight pick ups are Wednesday and Friday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. If you need your order urgently, please contact us.

  • Warehouse Location: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Welshpool, Western Australia.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Perth Metro: 1–3 business days.

  • Regional WA: 3–7 business days.

  • Interstate Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 5–10 business days.

  • Interstate Regional/Remote: 10–14 business days.

Please note: These are estimates only. While we use reliable couriers, delays can occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

6. Authority To Leave (ATL)

By default, our couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place if no one is home (Authority to Leave). If your delivery address is a business or you require a signature, please specify this in the "Order Notes" during checkout. SIF Sealers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking drum), please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the damage immediately.

  2. Contact us at sales@sifsealers.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

    We will work with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per the Australian Consumer Law.
