SAME DAY CLEAN & SEAL - 1 FLOOD COAT APPLICATION - Penetrating Sealer System Buy 4 x 5L Concentrate and Save $134! FluoroSeal is a water based fluoropolymer sealer used for sealing porous surfaces including natural stone, clay and concrete surfaces. Si20-D is a ready to apply, sodium silicate based densifier, hardener and dust proofer for concrete and cementitious substrates. Si20-D penetrates concrete and reacts to form a permanent Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) structure within the pores. Treated surfaces are harder and stronger with a permanently reduced porosity reducing the movement of water and minimising efflorescence. Si20-DS is a water based silicate and siliconate densifier-water repellent sealer for use on most types of porous limestone and concrete building materials. Si Densifiers & Moisture Barriers – Silicates Si Chemistry: Silicate based densifiers and moisture barriers are alkaline solutions containing soluble metal silicate salts. They are small molecules that when applied onto a substrate penetrate deep below the surface. They chemically react with cementitious substrates to form a cross-linked silicate polymer that permanently blocks substrate capillaries reducing the movement of water. The substrate becomes significantly denser, harder and stronger and is less susceptible to dusting. Si20-MB is a ready to apply, silicate based moisture barrier formulation for rendering concrete impermeable to moisture. Si20-MB acts by reacting with concrete and permanently blocking concrete pores. Acidic cleaner for washing exposed and honed concrete surfaces prior to application of sealer. Can you be used as a cleaner for removing concrete residues from masonry surfaces, brick, paving, painted surfaces, tools and equipment. A test must be performed to determine product suitability. Light residues: Dilute 1:1 with water, spray on surface, allow to dwell, scrub if required then rinse off. Repeat as required. Heavy residues: Use neat, spray on surface, allow to dwell, scrub if required then rinse off. Repeat as required.

An alkaline, water based, environmentally friendly cleaner for removing oils, grease, dirt, grime and contaminants from porous surfaces. A test must be performed to determine product suitability.  SiF Surface Prep should be mixed well before use then can be sprayed on surface.   General Purpose Cleaning: Dilute 1:50 with water Lightly soiled areas: Dilute 1:10 with water Heavily soiled areas: Dilute 1:1, allow to dwell, scrub if required then rinse off. Can be mixed with sodium hypochlorite (SH) for removal of organic growth. Recommended mix: 17.6L water, 2L SiF Surface Prep, 0.4L SH.
